- The purpose of this assignment is to evaluate your capability to use a systematic process to prepare a comprehensive project plan to implement an information system in an organization from the different types of information systems that you have come across in this course.
- 1. Justify the project selection using appropriate methods by indicating the business requirement, objectives of the project and benefits of the project for the organization.
- 2. Critically discuss different methodologies that can be used to develop the information system and justify the best methodology that your team supposed to develop the selected IS.
- 3. Prepare a SRS (Software Requirement Specification) to demonstrate the required functionalities of the IS that is to be developed.
- 4. Prepare a project charter for the selected project inclusive of all the required details.
- 5. Describe the importance of project managers skill for guiding a project for successful completion and the team building/ motivational methods that could be applied in order to achieve a successful project completion.
